Mechanisms and Control of mRNA Translation
For over 40 years, the Sonenberg Lab has been at the forefront of understanding the fundamental mechanisms of eukaryotic mRNA translation in physiology and its dysregulation in disease. Our multidisciplinary research has led to groundbreaking discoveries across many fields including cancer, neuroscience, virology, and developmental biology.
The Sonenberg Lab is located at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. We are affiliated with the Department of Biochemistry and the Rosalind and Morris Goodman Cancer Institute. Learn more about our research here.
